My name is Alan Chen, a rising junior attending Balboa High School. I am deeply passionate about climate change and working towards a more sustainable future. I've joined SF Futuremakers to connect with industry leaders, make a difference in San Francisco, and work on professional development.

Independent Project

This summer, I led a climate change education workshop for two groups of youth, ranging from 30-40 students. I hope to bridge the gap of climate change education that most school curricula fail to cover, and encourage youth to get involved with the climate movement in any way they can.
