I’m Evelyn Conboy, a senior at St. Ignatius College Preparatory who grew up in San Francisco's westside. In my free time, I enjoy reading and playing golf. I lead various clubs on campus such as the school newspaper, InsideSI, and other cultural and academic clubs. In the future, I hope to pursue a career in law.

Independent Project

This summer, I interned directly with Theo Ellington. Additionally, I focused on San Francisco's public education system and wrote an op-ed on San Francisco's ongoing debate surrounding Ethnic Studies. My commitment to educational equity began in eighth grade when I was personally impacted by a Board of Education policy, launching me into a life of community engagement and advocacy. My work aims to educate and inform San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) parents, educators, and students.
